This two‑story modular container office project was built for a local engineering project in Kisumu, Kenya. Faced with tight construction schedules and limited on‑site conditions, our modular prefabricated building solution perfectly solved the urgent demand for on‑site office space.
All building modules were pre‑manufactured inside our factory. After finished production, complete units were shipped to Kenya. On‑site assembly only required simple splicing and installation work. The whole two‑story office complex was completed and ready for use within just several weeks, helping the engineering team start their on‑site work as scheduled.
The building adopts large‑area glass curtain‑wall design, bringing bright indoor office environment. It integrates administration offices, meeting rooms and staff work areas all in one building. Good heat‑insulation performance adapts well to Kenya’s tropical climate. Modular structure also allows later disassembly, relocation and reuse after the project finishes.

This modular classroom project was delivered for a rural school located on the outskirts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Previously, students had to study in dilapidated, overcrowded temporary structures. The school urgently needed durable, comfortable and quickly built teaching facilities before the new school term began.
All classroom modules were pre-manufactured in our factory and shipped to the site in complete units. On-site assembly only required simple ground preparation and module splicing. Within just several weeks, the whole school was equipped with a full set of modern, standardized classrooms, ready for use on time.
The classrooms feature double-layer insulated walls and sealed roofing, keeping the interior cool under Pakistan’s hot summer sunshine.
